Kicked out of my hero priority token match

I was about 10 minutes into a match. I used my token to play rem. Shiv ulted my lane mate bebop and my game stopped. It went black, showed the deadlock logo loading screen, then sent me to the hideout. I did not have the option to reconnect or abandon, and I could queue into another match, but there was no token for me to use anymore. I restarted the game, and when it loaded there was an update. Updated, and still not reconnect option, or token to use on Rem...
