I recently played a game of deadlock as apollo where multiple people in the game kept getting kicked randomly, when it happened to me I tried rejoining, only for my entire deadlock game to crash. It then was unable to sync back to steam cloud and was stuck at 97% then gave me an error message. By the time I restarted steam and launched deadlock to rejoin the match I had been penalized for "abandoning the game" I continued to play the game out and tried queuing for the next game only to see my account had been banned for 2 hours. Something similar happened before resulting in my first ban but now im being punished for the game kicking me out and not being able to load for some reason. Im sure there will be a fix for this soon but the punishment seems very harsh for something completly out of my control. I hope something like this doesn't happen again because it seems like the next ban will be even harsher.
