ive had this bug forever, for holliday I have barrel on scroll up and melee on scroll down and everytime I restart my game both of those we get reset back to default.
sometimes the melee keybind will stay and the keybind for barrell will be removed.
I have it set to hero specific and it also use to happen to me when I played vindicta as I had her ult on right click.
My vindicta default settings for her stake also reset everytime I restart but all my other keybinds for any other hero stay
