[Keybind Issue] Why doesnt this work?

The cancel keybind isnt taking effect and it only lets me press the ability again to deselect
Also, for some reason RMB works for cancel

Doesnt work with cancel abilities with ability key toggled on or off, and also doesnt work on channeled abilities

Edit: also seems to work on haze, mo and dynamo ult but not viscous or mcginnis
