Kelvin's ultimate cannot be canceled while using arctic beam (using ability keys).

You need to cancel arctic beam before you can cancel the ult, which is very often not what you want. Ice path works for some reason.

I think this is a bug, Kelvin’s ultimate should be cancelable directly at any time by pressing the same button again, regardless of whether Arctic Beam is active.

Steps to Reproduce​

1. Use Kelvin’s ultimate ability.
2. While the ultimate is active, activate the third ability, Arctic Beam.
3. Attempt to cancel the ultimate with the same button used to activate it.
4. Observe that the ultimate does not cancel until Arctic Beam is canceled first.

This can be reproduced consistently in:

• The practice area
• In an actual game
• The waiting lobby
