Kelvin Ult Patron stuck mid transforming animation

Just had a game where the enemy Patron was stuck in the transforming animation, and from the looks of it it was because my teammate Kelvin used his Frozen Shelter ability on the path the Patron had to go trough

I am amazed, this CRITICAL bug was reported in AUGUST, and they abuse it in NOV 29.

Sure, go make some stupid halloween masks that interfere with your aim instead.
