Kelvin Ice path glitch still a problem (is this just me?)

When activating ice path while already holding shift or ctrl still sometimes totally disables your ability to go up or down on it with shift and ctrl.

I know someone has ctrl+shift as their windows keyboard keybindings, I am not sure but you can check that.

Hmm does not seem to my hot key for it. It is honestly hard to recreate the glitch I am not exactly sure what causes it.
