Near the end of the match, I moved in to work on destroying the enemies right side Shrine. When I Arctic Beam, as Kelvin, it wouldn't take damage. I tried it twice. Then just before my last death of the match, I Arctic Beam the mob of Enemy Heroes. I could be wrong on it, but my first impression was that some of Enemy Heroes weren't taking the damage. Like the Ability was glitchy in working.
