Lash Ult is not throwing correctly

At least twice in my game I lash ulted people from high up and they only moved forward about 6 feet.
Especially my ult at the end of the game where i was max level and very high up it seemed to be not working as intended.

He doesn't get spirit scaling on his throw anymore, so most of your slams aren't going to go very far.
