Kel'og, earth stranded alien.
A greyish blue person in a pin stripe suit, whose face has no mouth and whose hair is slicked back tentacles.
Kel'og is an aim skill rewarding hero with unique damage but has potential for versatility.
Gun: Energy/ray gun styling. Very little bullet drop. One in the chamber, no mag. Kel'og's gun cannot have more than 1 ammo. Fire rate is converted to reload speed (at a ratio perhaps).
Ability overview: Kelog will be able to deal spirit damage upon landing headshots, have a small aoe knockup or root, a charged dash ability that upgrades to root, and their ult will be a laser that applies constant knock back.
Abilities:
1: Grav Nade; kel'og loads a round into their gun that will fire a grenade, upon landing it applies a root or a knockup to enable kel'og's headshotting. Max ap makes this a charged ability albeit with a high charge delay, enabling lots of cc into headshot combo. Inspired by rocket into railgun from quake
2: Warp Dash; a charged tp-like dash that travels a fair distance, likely more than double calico slash distance so that it can't be easily spammed on one enemy. Deals damage upon arrival and, with ap upgrade, roots enemies. It would very cool to also make this travel through walls but would likely be giving too much to one hero.
3: Brain Wave Disruptor ( or Obliterator) ; Passive that deals spirit damage when Kel'og lands a headshot. Should be their strongest pure damage option. There should be no cooldown, the idea is that Kel'og should be incentivized to go for the headshot everytime (when built around this ability). Also allows for support item building because it enables application of Suppressor and Mystic Slow. It probably shouldn't hit like a Grey Talon arrow, but Kel'og's reload should be long enough to justify the damage being close to it.
4: Artifact Anomaly; Kel'og holds out an artifact (it's the millennium puzzle) that creates a thick laser that constantly pushes back whoever it is hitting. Like Bebop's laser but with no aoe. Could perhaps become aoe with upgrades. I recommend that it becomes three parallel lasers. Should apply no slow until first ap.
Now imagine this strat: warp dashing onto an enemy to root them and then ulting them backward into your team. Pretty freaking cool, huh?
