Jumping on rail that is behind a catwalk can result in the player being stuck

Easy to reproduce, just jump on one of the two railings in the base that has a catwalk under it when sitting behind the catwalk itself
Most times the character will unstuck themselves but it is also quite easy to just get stuck there

In this screenshot my character was just spazzing out
