From the depths of the oceans comes an old enemy. Brought back by ill means, he brings back the old fable stories spoken and forgotten.
With a cannon strapped, and attached to his arm, he has come back to bring the old world where the strong reigned.

direct hit for full damage, splash aoe for 35% damage, no critical damage chance,

Captain's Guile - Passive,
Any fire rate is converted to weapon damage with diminishing returns.
Any ammo increase is converted to weapon splash radius with diminishing returns.
You, ally heroes, and ally troopers gain 1 shield per second while in 15m range. to a maximum of 50 shield.
Upgrades:
1 AP: Double the shield per second, range, and shield cap.
2 AP: Becomes and active that can also be used on allied troopers.
5 AP: Gain boon scaling for the shield per second, range, and shield cap.

Blackpowder Stinger - Active,
Pull out a small black powder pistol with a single fast shot dealing weapon damage.
After shooting, the ignited powder causes a small smoke screen infront of you for 3 seconds.
Upgrades:
1 AP: Hitting an enemy removes slows on you, and grants 2 move speed for 3 seconds.
2 AP: Hitting an enemy reduces the cooldown to 3 seconds.
5 AP: Skills gains a stack mechanic that lasts 10 seconds. Max XX stacks. Each stack reduces all resistances by XX%

Blackwater's Spirit - Active,
Fire an oversized cannon shot projectile with high velocity. If the projectile hits an enemy hero it goes through them,
stunning them for 0.25 seconds, dealing spirit damage, and gaining more velocity.
The projectile can bounce from the floor, walls, and ceilings, losing velocity with each contact.
If the projectile gets to a minimum velocity, it slows down to a crawl and despawns.
Upgrades:
1 AP: Shot gains more base spirit damage per hero hit until it despawns.
2 AP: Shot gains more initial velocity, and loses much less velocity per terrain contact. Improved spirit scaling.
5 AP: Shot creates an explosion aoe dealing unscaled damage each time it hits an enemy hero.

"No Quarter!" - Active
The hero calls for 2 long range cannon attacks from his ship near the coast of new york.
The minimap will pop up in the middle of the UI where you then select the locations of the cannons to aim.
After a brief period, the attacks will land in sequence dealing weapon damage.
Upgrades:
1 AP: Gain 1 more attack. Enemy heroes hit get slowed by 60% for 5 seconds.
2 AP: Gain 1 more attack. Increase aoe by 20%. Gains weapon scaling.
5 AP: Gain 1 more attack. Enemy heroes hit become weakened, dealing 50% less damage for 10 seconds.
