thought of this guy last night and well heres the abilities cause well i got 2 others i wanna think about i think out of the 3 this one will be the most interesting by far
jerry the camera man works as a on site camera man while out on the job he got kidnapped and "blank" took him and gave him powers of the camera "insert more lore as to why"
Ability 1- he captures a picture with his camera on a enemy during the duration any damage you do to that enemy within that
duration will be dealt towards them then halfed so if u did 100 damage in the duration they will take an extra 50
Range-(5 meters)
Duration-(3 seconds)
Cooldown-(30 seconds)
Tier 1-(adds a black and white effect on the enemy when ability is active on them)
Tier 2-(adds 1 second duration)
Tier 3-(extra charge)
Ability 2- throws a coiled up film around the enemy to root them (enemy must keep moving to unravel it or they will be rooted)
using stamina does make it go away faster is wrapped around them 3 times
Damage if rooted-(100 Damage)
Range-(15 Meters)
Duration if rooted-(1 second)
Cooldown-(45 seconds)
Tier 1-(+75 Damage)
Tier 2-(adds another wrap with film)
Tier 3-(-1 stamina bar)
Ability 3- throws a camera like a turret which is then used like a ward can be thrown on walls while in site of cameras they will be slowed
camera lifetime-(30 seconds)
camera visual range-(60 meters)
Camera slow-(-1ms)
Throw range-(30 meters)
Cooldown-(30 seconds)
Tier 1-(extra charge)
Tier 2-(+30 more camera visual range)
Tier 3-(slows them even more by 0.5ms)
Ability 4-camera man uses his ult to film his team and while hes looking at them they become invulnerable for that set period of time but during that camera man is vulnerable also his camera turrets also count as him doing the looking cause well yeah (we can make that lore this camera man does in fact die)
Duration of invulnerable-(3 seconds)(maybe more maybe less idk)
Range-(60meters)(range with turrets are there own)
Cooldown-(180 seconds)
Tier 1-(grants all teammates who camera man looks at a speed boost(2ms)
Tier 2-(adds 1.5s duration)
Tier 3-(makes all teammates Unstoppable)
