A Fate's Tale:
Since he was 8 years old, Jekyll had this... thing.
This parasite. This darkness. Something he hated.
It was nothing but hunger. Hatred. The thing that goes bump in the dark.
And knowing what it might do if left unchecked, Jekyll became an alchemist, both to stave off his inner demons with science and to hopefully make the world a better place while at it.
However, Doctor Jekyll heard of a special... event taking place in the cursed apple. A ritual capable of doing almost anything.
Hopefully, that anything includes ridding himself of Hyde, once and for all.
What the good doctor doesn't seem to realize, is that Hyde is so much more than just a parasite...
