I think it's some status effect like curse, silence, or some CC? Not sure, but in some cases, I lost Kudzu Connection despite it being on T3 and I had to manually press 2 to proc it again. I'll look for a replay to see what exactly caused it.
No as in the ability changed from the lasso icon to the 2 hands icon and I lost the buff. Had to press 2 to get move speed etc. going again, but T3 is supposed to make the ability never run out.
