Hi, I am of the belief it's intentional, however what was fixed was the fast speed Ivy has when transporting it. So it should be a feature, but Ivy shouldn't be zooming.

Yes you can. This is more of a balance suggestion than a bug report. It's clearly intentional that you can use abilities during the first ~1/3 of the process of picking up the urn. Combine that with the startup time of Ivy's ult and you have yourself a game mechanic, not a bug.

In terms of game balance I agree it's overpowered. They should probably at least limit fly speed with the urn.

It's not a bug, this is intentional and the fly speed is capped as is everyone elses urn speed. Here's previous notes

- Carrying Urn now sets and limits your movespeed to a fixed 13 (this includes things like Ivy Air Drop). It no longer provides sprint. The speed cannot be reduced or increased.
- Urn spawn point now alternates left and right starting with left, rather than being random
