It's impossible to pick up a rejuvenator

For some reason, my team couldn't pick up a rejuvenator, but the enemy team could take it without a problem. I don't know what can cause this bug.

Remember to check up on the forums to see if there are new patch notes regularly. On the main menu there is a circular icon that should light up green when there are new patch notes to read.
