Item that lets Heroes return to Bucket 1

So basically it lets a Hero return to Bucket 1 or new unachievable Bucket 0.

Combos with Stamina item.

Not sure what bonuses it would provide for Bucket 1 Heroes but maybe it has good stats?

Bonus Item: Vyper passive item... but probably looks really weird where Vyper it fits cause she slithers

The whole point of the bucket system is to balance out the bucket 3 heroes and make them easier to kite. Allowing them to negate that weakness easily with any item would kinda negate the whole purpose of this system.

Also, bucket 1 is a 5% increase. As it currently stands, no hero is at a neutral 0%. It would be anything but a return for the bucket 3 heroes.

There's some opportunity cost to spend to allow your hero/playstyle to return to normal.

Does a hero buy their core items or improve their mobility?

The same 'idea' could be said about cooldowns and Refresher & Echo shard or even BKB (Unstoppable) and OP Spells.

I think the different bucket system is the new normal, also you can buy Stamina Mastery, which negates the downsides for heroes with -15% dash speed.
