Item Quickcast won't update.

When I try to change quickcast mode for abilities I get a little "Success" popup. However, when I do the same for Items nothing happens.

I am not sure if it's supposed to happen, but any quickcast changes that I attempt to apply to Items are ignored. Settings are stuck to "Confirm Cast".

Tried reinstalling, resetting keybinds and praying, no improvements.
