I realized how easy to counter Melee attacks. What if you can grab enemies while they are channeling Parry form and stun them for more seconds.
Just like Tekken mechanics, If they are on guard which makes any attack don't work, You can simply Grab-attack them.
So in gameplay, Once the enemy is channeling parry, You can simply click this item to cost heavy damage and stun.
I believed this will make Melee-ish build/type/hero can have advantage. This will make Close Combat have Poker-ish gameplay.
Tier 3 Weapon Item.

+Movement speed
+Fire Rate
Active: Once you caught an enemy on parry form, You can stun them for 4 seconds plus twice your current melee Damage.
60 seconds Cooldown
