Professor Dynamos research into Quantum Physics went in an unexpected direction.. he decided to bring an echo shard with him into the void and upon his return it was transformed, and so was he..
Quantum Shard | 3000
-Transforms an existing ability of your hero.
Ideas:
Dynamo - Quantum Entanglement
-Now is able to recast Quantum Entanglement when you arrive at your selected location while still inside the void, and jump a second time.
Abrams - Shoulder Charge - Abrams has newfound strength, and he can now recast his shoulder charge while mid charge and instead do a ground slam, but for a shorter stun duration than it would be shoving the enemy into a wall.
-Bebop gains a second bomb charge, that attaches in the same way to enemies or allies, but this time it does more than just a bit of damage. Once the bomb explodes, it will apply a short static charge stun.
Grey Talon - Immobilizing Trap
-Grey Talon's trap once triggered will now reveal enemy locations for a short duration following the initial stun duration, allowing him to finish off anyone who tries to run from his sight. 4s reveal duration.
Haze - Smoke Bomb
-While under the cloak of her Smoke Bomb, Haze will still gain invisibility and sprint speed. However, now when she attacks an enemy and invis is removed, she will now also temporarily slow the first enemy that she attacked. 2s slow duration.
Might toss around a few more ideas if there is any interest in an item like this, big fan of Aghanims Shard in Dota and I think an item similar to that in Deadlock would be pretty cool
