When an enemy throws a projectile-based spell to you, if you have active this item, for a perior of 5 seconds, you will be able to display a large round shield that will send any spell back to the position they were cast. If you receive instant effect by any spell then you will have, for 5 seconds, a boost for movement velocity. (It will cost 3000).
