Aghanim Scepter is one of the best items ever made in gaming history
I definitely think it should be added in deadlock so that you can completely change how a hero's ability works
6400 cost item, don't give any other buffs just give the aghanim ability change.
Here are some ideas:
Seven:
Change his ultimate to give him super speed flying, and allow ability usage
I feel like his ultimate right now is super situational, only useful in midboss, urn fights and base fights
If you buy aghanims on him, it will make his ult useful in all situations
Instead of dealing damage in large sphere just make him fly faster and allow ability usage, maybe give spirit and bullet resist and damage amp, make it last a bit shorter than his regular ult
You could also just give him much faster movement speed in ult plus way way more of those lightning bolts, maybe once every 3 seconds you can do it.
Dynamo:
Make his stomp do a wave outwards that pushes forward, then another wave that goes backwards and pushes enemies BACK into dynamo
Make the radius way way bigger
This makes it easier for him to group enemies together for a black hole
Victor:
Make his ultimate explosion do a very large heal in radius and give buffs to allies
Grey talon:
Make an alt cast of his ultimate that sends AI controlled birds to EACH enemy hero that auto locks onto them similar to sunstrike in dota 2, to make it balanced, the bird will stop tracking if enemy goes out of line of sight for too long and will instead linger over the air (you can hide from it more easily)
Wraith:
Make her ultimate (the part where it throws them down on the ground) a huge AoE that stuns any enemies inside of it and silences
Kelvin
Make ice dome escapable and enterable for allies and kelvin, also allow shooting of abilities and guns for allies only
Haze:
Make her sleep dagger a multishot explosion, so if an enemy gets hit and theres another enemy nearby it also sleeps them, send out 3 daggers that are aligned horizontally
