yeah, for even 10k this thing is incredibly busted. Also all item passives at once, AND THREE TIMES?!? That's genuinely crazy. And the second passive is even worse if you think about it: It's a homing missile that gets shot whenever an ability goes off cooldown. Get any hero with an incredibly low ability cooldown like Lady geist's maline (And let's not forget the 59% cooldown reduction) and you just have a constant barrage of projectiles coming your way.uhhhh what? Just the stats on this thing are absurd. +59% Cooldown reduction on the imbued ability? That's just shy of double what Superior Cooldown offers. There's a damn good reason nothing offers anywhere near that amount of Cooldown reduction. You might as well not have a cooldown on any standard ability that this is imbued on, and it would bring even Dynamo's Ult ( The single longest CD ability in game) down to under 2 minutes by itself. Add in anything like Diviner's Kevlar and 10-20% CDR from urns and shorter ults will have Cooldowns under 20s almost universally.
Just no. Not just no, hell no.
Generally speaking, items with strong passive effects do not have incredible stats. Even T4 items have only OK stats for the investment if they offer a large active effect.
You have 2 Strong Passive effects and incredibly high stats. It doesn't matter that the item costs over 10k. It's too slot efficient. Break up the effects at a bare minimum.
