there aren't any good options for lifesteal. bullet and spirit lifesteal hardly heal at all, fury trance is just terrible, spirit shredder and rend give you less than normal spirit lifesteal, and late game if you aren't a hybrid build you're forced to take an active item for lifesteal. this is especially a problem because all the new heroes have no build variety. nobody is building spirit venator or gun celeste. if you're playing as a hero that has no healing ability and can't go hybrid, your lifesteal options are really bad. there should be some mid-tier lifesteal items that are like 25-30% lifesteal for spirit or gun. just better versions of the tier 2 lifesteal items, basically.
