Item Button Not Working randomly

Since the Billy Update I have had two separate games (one with Haze the other with Grey Talon) Where a random ability just stopped working, as in I can no longer use this ability. The weird part is the Button Icon Shows that it is being pressed on the ability UI, yet the ability will not deploy.

Update: This problem seems to have become more prevalent after the recent Paige update. The issue resolves after a quick disconnect and rejoin, but still inconvenient to say the least. I have had 2 games in a row with doorman's call bell not deploying and once yesterday with warden flask.
