Item/Ability info pop up stuck on screen - basically unplayable :(

Happened while I was dead and spectated someone else, my mouse just ended on the item so the info showed up and when I respawned the pop up was stuck on screen. Tried clicking Tab, opening the shop, opening the menu, exiting the match. Nothing worked, only full restart fixed it.
Took a screenshot to show how it looked before exiting the match. Couldn't even see what I was clicking...
