Is Lady Geist's "Life Drain" Supposed to Continue Through All Stuns?

Lady Geist's "Life Drain" ability, whilst being unupgraded with no items bought, persists through stuns such as Venators gut shot, Vypers petrifying bola, Seven's static charge, and the stun from knockdown. I am assuming this means that life drain will persist through all stuns, is this intended behavior?
