Is it intended that bebop's bomb does not go through the veil?

I can see other AOE based explosion skills go through the veil, while bomb does not.
It seems that Bebop's bomb is the only AOE does not goes through the veil like Seven's ult does.
I guess this caused by bomb damage checking algorithm is based on LOS or what?

I don't see why this should happen, is this intended thing? or just a unintended bug?
I made this clip at Oct.20, and just checked again that bomb does not goes through the veil (still not fixed)




+) somehow uploaded video clip is not shown, so I added image instead, you can see other aoe skills can damage through the veil except Bebop.
