Silver's Boot Kick goes through enemies when you use it and go along a wall or the enemy is on stairs and you dash down at them. This happens so long as your aim isn't exactly on the enemy.
To recreate it you need to be:
1) Actively touching an object/the ground during your dash from the air.
2) Looking slightly away from the person after
It also does not seem to have a hitbox that overlaps with Silver, just one in front of her. Meaning you can sometimes have the enemy move into you as you activate it and this "feels" like you are dashing through them even if you technically are not.
