K-Dash? Ag2 Dash? Please, Devs really have to remove this thing from the game.

I learned it in 5 minutes and can consistently do it midgame ( I only have 200 hours) it's friendly for any advanced movement player
Same, I got it to trigger only after a few tries in hideout. I've got ~1000 hours and I now find myself trying to do it occasionally as the rest of the game is less overwhelming than it used to be.

its not some "hidden tech" its a bug with their animgraph2 system that clearly still needs a lot of work since its buggy even in CS2. the "people" in this thread saying it should stay are all the same type that spend 2 hours "practicing movement" just to still suck ass at the game and get one-tapped by a grey talon because they have terrible situational awareness and positioning.

I just hit phantom 1 today. I know i'm ass, and yes, I do spend 2 hours practicing movement, but besides it being buggy and inconsistent, what's your actual reason for removing it?

Every character, ability, and item in the game has been designed and balanced around this form of instantaneous velocity not existing in the game. I don't see a very good argument for keeping it beyond "it feels good to use". It is ugly to look at, moves characters an unreasonably far distance in a very short time, and will become the definitively best way to move your character if kept in the game. Mantle sliding could also be described similarly, but at least the positional displacement created by mantle sliding isn't consistently capable of escaping an unsafe position immediately.

As it stands right now, most every movement spell in the game is less effective than this. Even if a 1-2 stamina cost were implemented it would only be weaker than movement spells due to resource cost. I don't think every hero needs access to instant velocity that's on par with warp stone, for the low low cost of buying a stam item that they already wanted in the first place.
