Dying during a walker slam or from an ability that moves the player model renders you invisible upon respawn. This happened when I was playing mina it resolved itself after using her 2 ability.
My wording may be bad here so clarifying by invisible, I mean that the player model is missing, no idea if other players can see the model in this state.
