Insane lag with Kelvin in my game

Everytime a Kelvin is in my match, my game slowly starts to lag more and more. Its completely fine in a game without him in it. If the game goes long enough, my entire game is a slideshow.

Normally FPS is about 90-110.
With Kelvin = 40-60

Not sure why.

Ram 16GB

Same, with Kelvin in match FPS drops happen every time he uses an ability. If playing on Kelvin, the game just crashes constantly until you reduce setting to very low (doesn't affect FPS though, as it still freezes as hell on any settings).

I noticed the same thing in my games today.
160-165 fps without Kelvin and 100-110 with him.
CPU R5 7600x
GPU RX 7700XT
Ram 32gb

I think this is still happening and even worse now. I pretty much only okay Kelvin and I get these crazy screen fragments and teleports type of lag. My friend has it as well when Im playing with him as Kelvin.

Kelvin domes are re-apparing after using them, the rejuv frozen effect can linger and ice path feels jittery at times. Only been happening for the past day or two.
