Input 'stuck' bug

Hello,

Sometimes during games my character gets stuck on a button. This is always a W A S D movement button and very rarely the Q melee button.
I never get stuck on any other actions. I thought it was my keyboard, but then this issue persisted with a new one.
Then I found that more people have this issue:

So for clarity, there is no issue with a physical button getting stuck. I even uninstalled any peripherals minus new keyboard and different mouse to see if the bug would still happen and it did.

I still have this issue 2 months later. is this a widely known bug?

it's been happening to me too.

could be:
- keyboard. is cheap and had phantom press issues before
- autohotkey. i got a script going to prevent alt tab presses.

i don't notice it in other games
