Infernus in Hero testing ult cooldown doesn't goes down with "No Cooldown" function

So if you will enable "No Cooldown" after ult, it won't get reduced cooldown.
Works correctly on other heroes

not sure if still apply but if you restart/rejoin match and use no cooldown, it will have no cooldown. The issue happens if you ult first, then enable no cooldown; bug will occur.

I thought it was exactly what I said in text above video "if you will enable "No Cooldown" after ult, it won't get reduced cooldown."
