Infernus Flaming dash/camera bug with slowing hex

Infernus Camera will zoom out/lock out when you use flaming dash and click(left) multiple times with slowing hex selected.

This happens even without any items if you just spam left click it will zoom out like that

so is it a bug or a feature? cause its pretty bad when it stays that way

This never happened until magician was introduced into the game with his bunny. Then it started happening with hex or about anything else that interrupts flame dash. It is very annoying I have to reconnect to the game like 10 times every game.
