Infernus Flame Dash input issue

[IMFAYA]

TLDR: Can't shoot when coming out Infernus Flame Dash as oppose to other characters

Condition:
While Flame Dashing
While holding down the input to fire your gun

As Flame Dash end's and Infernus return to an allowed shooting state and doesn't shoot

As oppose to Dynamo - Quantum Entanglement
Haze Bullet Dance, and such...
