Infernus Afterburn UI element doesn't update correctly

Bug:
Afterburn doesn't update the UI element for "charge" when the max charge is reached. This probably happens when building up off of bullets, but because the charge gained is smaller, it's less noticeable than when using heavy melee.

Steps to recreate:
1. Pick Infernus in the hideout
2. Light melee x4 then tap fire once or twice to leave a gap for the charge.
3. Heavy melee
4. The UI element updates to show the DoT timer, but the charge doesn't.

Expected:
The charge would update when max charge is reached to show a full orange circle.
