Another pretty cool Down-Dash idea, almost a fake lash ability
the 15m minimum fall is only if you don't use down dash
Ideally the damage here would trigger after losing stamina so reactive barrier would trigger first

I like this item, but it does have some one critical downside - its range.

With 2 meters, you have to fall directly on the enemy. It would be quite challenging. If you don't take that into account, it looks like a good alternative to a Cold Front or even Arctic Blast.

It's also quite funny that an item called "Infernal Impact" actually almost freezes you. It sounds more like something that makes the meteorite fall.
