Reactive Barrier gives a barrier on Dynamo ult. Indomitable does not.
Per the description of the item, "The next Stun, Chain, Immobilize, Sleep or Silence is automatically cleansed. When this happens, you gain a barrier and all your ability cooldowns get reduced by 20%." this technically does make sense, since Dynamo ult does not trigger the cleanse, but as an upgrade to Reactive Barrier, I believe it should carry the same effect regardless.
