Reactive barrier has some inconsistent behaviours.
Reactive barrier does not trigger from cursed relic which applies a very small stun. It does trigger from Grey Talon's Spirit Snare which uses the same stun.
Billy Chain Gang triggers reactive barrier on chain latching but not on chain pulling.
Some abilities have their damage blocked by the barrier despite the cc happening at the same time; Paige Ultimate, Infernus Ultimate, Talon snare.
