Incorrect firing position on the server

This is the magic of Source, as in this engine you shoot bullets through your eyes.
Happens in every Source game, including Titanfall and Apex Legends
Just no, before this shot trace was coming directly from the camera, which gave a clear understanding of where the shot would go.
In CS2, the shot comes directly from the weapon, which gives a clear understanding of where the trace is coming from.

In this case, the shot comes from the weapon, but the miscalculation comes from the head, which doesn't give a clear understanding of where the shot is going.

I don't understand why they won't take the system from CS2.
After all, as we've already seen, they took a few parameters from it.
Take the same branch merge, where CS2 got a few camera fixes that were apparently taken from “Deadlock”.
When this happened, the shooting position in CS2 was completely dependent on your camera, which is extremely uncomfortable for a competitive shooter.
Not many players noticed this.
 
Why is the firing position coming from the head on the server side and not the weapon position?
If even one object overlaps slightly with your head, your shots will not hit your opponent, not at all.

А че такое, noclip стрельба перестала работать? :cry:
А по факту сделали из-за баг репортов, где весь хитбокс герой стоит за препятствием а он хуярит по героям на лайне
