Inconsistent whether DOTs proc Mystic Burst

Some damage over time abilities/items can proc Mystic Burst while others can't, even if they meet the 80 damage in one instance threshold.

DOT Sources that can proc Mystic Burst:

• Alchemical Fire
• Ivy's Kudzu Bomb
• Dynamo's Singularity (with T3 %max health damage)
• McGinnis's Spectral Barrage
• Bebop's Hyper Beam
• Seven's Storm Cloud
• Warden's Last Stand

DOT Sources that can't proc Mystic Burst:

• Toxic Bullets
• Vindicta's Crow Familiar
• Infernus's Afterburn
• Paradox's Pulse Grenade
• Geist's Essence Bomb (T3 effect)
• Abrams's Siphon Life
• Shiv's Serrated Knives (Bleed)

Can't believe I booted up the game for this, but kudzu bomb does NOT proc burst.

You're only dealing 68 per tick, you need at least 80. This video demonstrates this (look at the cooldown of mystic burst in the bottom left)
