Incoming Damage broken, almost useless

Incoming Damage HUD used to be accurate and very handy. I don't remember when it broke but definitely with/after Old Gods. These days you get incoming damage from even your own team mates for whatever reason. It makes it less useful, almost useless, when you want to determine the kind of defensive items to buy that would help the most. Outgoing damage I don't use as much but from what I've seen it seems fine. Also when you are trying to change the Incoming Damage with more options and set different time intervals it usually gets bugged and disappears or returns back to the Last Death one. Most of the time I give up trying to view the other options because of it.

I know this has been requested before but being able to toggle self damage on/off would also be very useful for Geist and Victor.
