In-match crashes after latest patch (Found workaround)

Wanted to report an issue which i started to get after biger patch with balance update on August 28/29 (i dont remember when it was) But after it game started randomly crashing while in match, most of the time in fights with players. In .mdmp file I only saw error with Access violation. After some digging found a solution to fix crashes, I turned VSync ON and checked the Reduce Flashing Effects in Video section in settings, also downgraded quality to mid. 2 games played without crashes (usualy it crashed 5-10 times a match) I've attached the dump file
