In-game time freezes after brief internet interruption.

After my internet was disconnected for about 10 seconds, I was able to reconnect to the game but my in-game timer was frozen, and my game was unplayable. I was still connected to the game, and I could hear stuff around me and see the killfeed, but I could not play. I have uploaded a video for example:

Might be worth noting that the chat still worked, and I could still chat with my team

I suddenly froze mid game, I thought it was an internet issue so I quickly disconnected and reconnected to my WiFi. I was still frozen mid game, could move my mouse and heard live sounds. The kill feed worked aswell. But I couldn't move or do anything besides moving around my mouse and sending messages. My mic was permanently showing that I would be talking, even though I wasn't pressing the push to talk button. I didn't hear or see any team messages, don't know if they were just quiet maybe.
(I tried pressing every button on my keyboard, only tab, chat, typing in chat, chat wheel and...

Happened to me just now, was going to upload my game too, but it's similar to yours, only with some dash animation screen distortion. Didn't have an interruption though, using cable internet.
