~6hr autoban after a single crash leading to an abandon

My computer crashed mid-game and when I got back into my match I had purple dots all over my screen. I know this indicative of a gfx driver about to tip over, so I disconnected manually to restart my computer again before it crashed. The second reboot cleared whatever bad memory was causing the gfx artifacts and I rejoined my match. However, the cumulative disconnect time (~5-7m?) had already marked the game as 'abandoned'.

After the match finished the game client marked my profile as temporarily banned for ~6 hours. Yikes. A single accidental abandon and a 6 hour ban? I even rejoined the match after ~5m and played it out. I've never abandoned a game intentionally. I have had a couple internet outages in the past, but nothing recent.

the game doesnt knows whether or not the abandon was unintentional or intentional. They might improve this in some way or another in the future as the game is early stage.

would really like to see a change to this system myself too, its rare and few and far between. but the internal counter for how many times a player has abandoned a match seems to never be reset. because i remember getting a 5 minutes timer once, then 10 minutes, then like an hour, to 3 hours, and every since its just bee 6 hours. despite playing another 100+ games since the last time power outage, or internet outage, etc occured.

it might actually be a bug, but it would be a backend systems bug, which is really hard to test for with out... well abandoning a bunch of matches on a bunch of accounts. which i'd really rather not test.

ideally what ever that internal counter is should probably be reset if you play out 10 games with out leaving, (or drop by a value of one every 3 games or something similar)
