impossible to win

Before this 4 weeks I played pretty good I had a phantom 6 and I got on average on ascendant 5-6 and often on Eternus 1-4 after calibration I got ascendant 3 and before I could get excited I went to play, and then it started, I lost game after game every game I had 2-3 people who did less than 10 thousand damage even though the games were 20-30 minutes, yes there were games where I played badly myself, but %70 games I played above average and in some games very well, but despite this I lost probably 9 games in a row, after winning 2, and lost 4 more games in a row, I tried to take a break, tried to give maximum impact in games and maximum comunication, but even so in my team maximum 1-2 people were talking and sometimes all were silent, no matter what I have not done I do not give normal win, can this be due to the fact that in the past calibrations I had 60-70% winrate, and now the game just gives me the maximum dull and weak teammates who do not give normal play, I don't argue maybe I'm bad, but even so at least 1 in 10 games I would win considering that in every game I won there were at least 2-3 people who played terribly, I don't know what to do because I started to get caught on phantoms and most likely if nothing changes in the next calibration I will be downgraded very badly...

Or maybe it's because I've played 550 games and won 300+ and (I don't know if it's true about the 50% win system or not) but maybe this system is trying to equalize my winrate to 50%?(

i would suggest you to uninstall the game. we ll never able to reach out to developers on this forum. i have same shit, after they released their new genius rank system. From about 25+ my last games i won only 5, on my team are only 1 mb 2 people who really play good. the developers should lose more players to make finally normal match making. they consciously added hidden pool, it presents in all their games. its just sad because valve is the one company who have rights on such good moba like deadlock and dota, but they will never make honest competitive for these games. i also fucked up trying to grow there (having higher skill but played on a lower rank due to lose streak), there is no way to struggle with a system. you dont play against other players, you play against system.

the same shit, game throws me to disorganized teammates after 2 wins and i lose the streak so 50% WR in total remains forever
