I'm tired boss

This is just a 5v7 game at most levels but the very top apparently.
Oh well, the one month of fun was good.
It's time to go back to offline games and CS2

For some reason EVERY game has become like this. I can NEVER get my team to group up whether I try to or not (I recognize the mindgame and dont try on purpose sometimes) it feels like we either win with a split push or lose.

Players don't leave their lane. They'll be fighting base guardians while all other guardians and walkers stand. If you lose your lane guardian and walker, you're at base with 1 enemy, allies will not leave their lane to go gank them even if they're licking the base paint. Even if they're up 10k souls. Like, individually.

it's the extreme opposite of what it previously was: one big long out of control teamfight as soon as someone can survive their first tower dive. A little hyperbolic but you get it, well, you succeeded, all those big changes made it so players think they can't leave their lane. Initially, the game was a lot of fun. I wanted to play Deadlock though, not DOTA.

I think the big issue here is vision. If you're alone somewhere and suddenly your 3 stack starts a brawl against 5 people, you obviously want to go help them but by the time you're even half way cross the map they've already lost the fight.

Then there's the fact that someone else might start shooting you in the back, slowing you down. If you ignore them they can just keep shooting you in the back and now you not only didn't push a walker or anything, you also died.

All of this happens especially on games with huge stacked 5 man teams who push as one. You only see a flash of 1 person on the map, engage and suddenly you're jumped by 4 other people. It happens too often and the zero map vision in this game really helps only giant stacks in unranked games. You can't engage, you never know when it is safe to engage and you get shot in the back more often than not.
