If you buy superior cooldown without purchasing compress cooldown beforehand you don't get to imbue an ability

Just as the title says if you buy the Tier 3 superior cooldown straight up for 3200 without purchasing Tier 2 compress cooldown before, you don't receive the option to imbue any ability even though you bought the upgrade of it.

Sorry this may or may not be a bug I'm just unsure if the ability you imbued with compress cooldown is suppose to stack with the superior cooldown meaning the imbued ability would still have a more reduced cooldown than the general 25% reduction with superior cooldown

The 25% ability cooldown reduction from Superior Cooldown overwrites the cooldown reduction from Compress Cooldown.

It's not a bug it basically just upgrades from 22% CDR on 1 ability to 25% CDR on all aiblities.
